Job Description

District Store Manager overseeing CHEF'STORE operations with focus on team development and strategic goals. Role includes travel and collaboration with store managers across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports and contributes to the District Management team
  • Participates in the development of store managers' work performance and leadership
  • Creates a motivating environment to inspire team cohesiveness
  • Ensures that company policies and procedures are followed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
  • Two to four years retail or wholesale store or restaurant or multi-unit management experience
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • PC skills, with knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
