Job Description
District Store Manager overseeing CHEF'STORE operations with focus on team development and strategic goals. Role includes travel and collaboration with store managers across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Supports and contributes to the District Management team
- Participates in the development of store managers' work performance and leadership
- Creates a motivating environment to inspire team cohesiveness
- Ensures that company policies and procedures are followed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
- Two to four years retail or wholesale store or restaurant or multi-unit management experience
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- PC skills, with knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
