Job Description

Dynamics 365 Application Support Engineer managing application issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Supporting Microsoft's Dynamics 365 systems while adhering to IT security principles and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical troubleshooting and resolution of application issues in line with Client, and in partnership with Application Vendors.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt handling of tickets, communication with customers and adherence to SLAs.
  • Investigate and manage to resolution Incidents affecting Functionality, Availability, and Performance.
  • Undertake tuning and scaling of systems for both performance and security.
  • Manage security profiles across applications in line with IT security principles.
  • Systems include:
  • Custom Power Apps.
  • Custom .Net IIS SQL applications with multiple integrations.
  • Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including Precision Forms.
  • Dynamics 365 Sales, and HubSpot and Resco.
  • Prophix (Financial Reporting).
  • Provide 2nd Level technical and functional support for all ERP and CRM system users.
  • Deliver client onboarding activities, maintain system training documentation, and provide training to end users.
  • Evaluate inefficiencies in system functions and recommend optimal business practices.
  • Document all aspects of systems to ensure knowledge is shared across the wider IT Team.
  • Comply with client’s quality, environmental and health and safety procedures to proactively develop a culture of, continuous quality improvement and the provision of a healthy and safe workplace, ensuring that all practical steps are taken to meet current OHS requirements.
  • You are required to familiarise yourself with and comply with all organisation policies and procedures.
  • And any other reasonable requests from your manager that align with the role and your skill set.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience providing support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Business Central.
  • Support experience in Custom Power Apps & Custom .Net IIS SQL applications
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • IT Systems, Infrastructure and Application Support knowledge
  • FinOps support
  • Automated Form Management
  • Power Automate knowledge
  • API configuration and management
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Dynamics 365 qualified
  • Information Systems degree
