Job Description
E-Learning Quality Agent maintaining quality processes and Articulate Storyline templates. Supporting digital training quality for Dedalus healthcare software and clinical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, further develop and document quality assurance processes for e-learning content
- Conduct quality checks and release reviews
- Ensure compliance with defined standards
- Ensure and continuously improve Articulate Storyline templates
- Design new templates in accordance with quality and design standards
- Advise and support instructional designers and subject matter experts on quality-related issues
- Analyze quality metrics, effort data and other relevant information
- Identify opportunities for improvement and derive optimization measures
Requirements:
- Completed degree or comparable qualification related to Quality Management, Learning & Development, Adult Education, Media Production or Process Management
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline
- Solid knowledge of quality management and quality assurance
- Experience in defining, implementing and further developing standards and processes
- Strong understanding of e-learning methodology, pedagogy and learning-objective–oriented content design
- Analytical skills to evaluate KPIs and derive improvement measures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector, hospital information systems (e.g. ORBIS) or software training is a plus
- Strong quality awareness with high standards for accuracy and consistency
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback
- High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
