Job Description
Education experts reviewing domain-specific documents and providing structured feedback. Helping Mercor’s AI-lab and enterprise partners train and enhance frontier AI systems.
Responsibilities:
- Review, assess, and provide structured feedback on domain-specific documents
- Ensure document quality, accuracy, and relevance
- Contribute domain expertise and analytical skills to high-impact evaluation projects
- Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems
- Collaborate with leading researchers
- Complete work independently on a flexible schedule
- Work as an independent contractor
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an academic program, or background in teaching or education
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
- At least 2+ years of professional experience in a relevant domain
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong document analysis and review skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow structured guidelines
- Based in the United States, Europe, UK, or Canada
- Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT support
