Job Description
Working student supporting Nordex, a wind-energy manufacturer, with market research, competitor analysis, and strategic reporting. Preparing management presentations and recommendations for corporate development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support strategic decision-making and corporate development activities
- Analyze and synthesize research findings
- Prepare clear recommendations for management-oriented presentations and reports
- Support the Working Student Corporate Development & Strategy team in evaluating business trends, opportunities, and strategic topics
- Contribute to internal reports, presentations, and decision-making materials for management audiences
- Independently manage ad hoc assignments and special projects across strategy, market analysis, and business-related topics
- Structure, visualize, and communicate complex information using PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant MS Office applications
- Work closely with stakeholders on market- and competition-related topics
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field with relevant business coursework or equivalent qualifications
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to conduct, structure, synthesize, and communicate research findings effectively
- Fluent in English
- German language skills considered advantageous
- Additional language skills such as Spanish or Mandarin beneficial
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality results on a variety of tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and a structured working approach
