Job Description

Working student supporting Nordex, a wind-energy manufacturer, with market research, competitor analysis, and strategic reporting. Preparing management presentations and recommendations for corporate development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support strategic decision-making and corporate development activities
  • Analyze and synthesize research findings
  • Prepare clear recommendations for management-oriented presentations and reports
  • Support the Working Student Corporate Development & Strategy team in evaluating business trends, opportunities, and strategic topics
  • Contribute to internal reports, presentations, and decision-making materials for management audiences
  • Independently manage ad hoc assignments and special projects across strategy, market analysis, and business-related topics
  • Structure, visualize, and communicate complex information using PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant MS Office applications
  • Work closely with stakeholders on market- and competition-related topics

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field with relevant business coursework or equivalent qualifications
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Ability to conduct, structure, synthesize, and communicate research findings effectively
  • Fluent in English
  • German language skills considered advantageous
  • Additional language skills such as Spanish or Mandarin beneficial
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality results on a variety of tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a structured working approach
