Job Description
Student Qualifying Representative responsible for engaging and qualifying prospective students for Chicago School programs. Conducting outreach and communication via calls and virtual meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students through outbound calling, web chat, and inquiries
- Qualify prospective students and transfer to the appropriate Admissions Representatives
- Maintain records in the Salesforce database
- Positively represent the university in virtual and in-person settings
- Maintain communication with admissions staff
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Effective communication and listening skills
- The ability to learn and work within admissions databases and CRM tools
- The ability to work evenings and weekends
