Job Description
Part-time remote ambassador promoting Minerva University’s undergraduate experience across China. Conducting school visits, workshops, and outreach to prospective students and counselors.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Minerva University in school visits and events across China to increase brand awareness and outreach to prospective students
- Reach out to and engage with counselors in competitive local high schools
- Schedule and conduct school visits, information sessions, workshops, and presentations with prospective juniors and seniors
- Encourage and inspire students to apply
- Establish and grow local school and counselor network relationships
- Support local enrollment/yield initiatives in collaboration with the regional outreach lead
- Handover counselor relationships to the regional outreach director via email and WeChat introductions and spreadsheet compilation
- Increase applications and admitted students from China
- Implement reporting to track school visits, students connected, applicants generated, and applicants completing the admissions process
- Report to the Regional Enrollment lead of the respective country
Requirements:
- Must be based in China
- Flexible to the hours required for the role between July 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027
- Strong presenter and excited to share Minerva experience with prospective students, parents and school officials
- Self-starter, strong sense of personal accountability, integrity and follow through
- Ability to move work forward in a remote environment and with a high degree of independence and ownership
- Must be available to work up to the specified amount of hours between October 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027
