Job Description
Educational Support Manager teaching backend programming at velpTEC edutainment. Supporting students with modern technologies, coaching, and developing educational content.
Responsibilities:
- As an Educational Support Manager for Backend Programming (m/f/d), you teach practical, hands-on knowledge to our participants and make complex concepts understandable.
- You support them in learning modern technologies and assist with challenges.
- Mentoring and coaching: You support our participants through 1:1 coaching, moderated discussions and practical exercises — during and after the training.
- Imparting expert knowledge: You present technical content, answer questions and help analyze case studies.
- Project management and consulting: You accompany internal projects and support companies and participants in applying their new knowledge in practice.
- Content creation and technical editing: You develop high-quality technical articles, blog posts and presentations to make knowledge accessible and inspiring.
- Quality assurance and development: You continuously optimize our learning materials and develop new, innovative educational formats.
- Databases: You are skilled with relational and NoSQL databases and know exactly when each technology is the best choice.
Requirements:
- Programming: PHP, Java or Python are more than just languages to you — you write clean, scalable code that is efficient and sustainable.
- System architecture: From design and implementation to performance optimization — you have a deep understanding of how to build and optimize systems efficiently.
- Solution-oriented: Problem-solving comes naturally to you — you combine logic with creativity to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.
- Knowledge transfer: You love sharing knowledge — you can explain complex concepts clearly and inspire others to grow.
