Job Description
Email and Social Media Marketing Specialist creating and managing campaigns for financial growth at Experior Financial Group. Engaging audiences through effective email and social media strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and send email campaigns and newsletters
- Plan, schedule, and publish social media content
- Analyze email and social media performance data
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a content calendar
- Review all content and creative assets for accuracy and brand compliance
- Support event-related promotions
- Help maintain marketing documentation and workflows
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in email marketing with some exposure to social media marketing
- Strong email copywriting skills
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Basic HTML knowledge is an asset
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset
- Must reside and be authorized to work in USA
