Job Description
Juriste en droit social pour le Groupe RATP assiste les entités internes dans le conseil et la gestion de contentieux. Rédaction sportive et collaboration avec les avocats et partenaires externes.
Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation before the competent labor and social law tribunals
- Collaborate with external law firms and other external partners to defend the Group’s interests
- Draft legal documents (petitions, summonses, briefs, memos, notes, legal opinions, settlement agreements, disciplinary letters, letters addressed to the Labor Inspectorate or the Defender of Rights)
- Advise management and Business Units on all labor and employment law matters
- Monitor legal developments and analyze changes in legislation and case law
- Support transformation projects, ensuring legal compliance
- Oversee and support internal investigations
- Organize and deliver training sessions for Business Units and management of the EPIC and the Group’s subsidiaries
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in Labor/Employment Law
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to manage files independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit
- Sense of responsibility
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
