Job Description
Operations Engineering Manager leading a team focused on Cloud Networking at Redfin. Overseeing edge networking and internal cloud infrastructure for high-traffic public website.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers responsible for digital backbone of Redfin
- Drive the architecture for edge services and internal networking
- Collaborate with Cloud Governance, SEO, Platform, and InfoSec teams
- Develop team charter, business metrics, and quarterly roadmaps
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a formal engineering management role
- 5+ years of experience with AWS networking and edge delivery services
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Spacelift)
- Experience with cloud observability platforms
