Job Description
Backend Technical Lead at Yuno, shaping payment infrastructure with a high-performing team. Leading technical discussions and delivering scalable solutions in fast-paced payments industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and decision-making within your squad.
- Participate in the agile software development process, ensuring technical excellence and efficient delivery.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other engineers, fostering growth and best practices.
- Take ownership of the full lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with product and business teams to align technical decisions with business goals.
- Architect, design, and implement APIs and microservices using cutting-edge technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards, security, and automation practices.
- Help shape Yuno’s technical roadmap and advocate for engineering excellence across the organization.
Requirements:
- Mandatory strong Experience managing technical teams in hyper growth environments
- Proficiency in Golang
- Experience with Kotlin/Java is a plus.
- 5+ years of backend development experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience designing and maintaining microservice architectures.
- Strong understanding of SQL and Postgres.
- Familiarity with OWASP security principles.
- Experience using Git, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Autonomy, adaptability, and ownership of your deliverables.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Experience in the payment industry.
- Experience integrating Payment Service Providers.
- Knowledge in Frontend languages.
