Job Description

Solutions Consultant guiding eye care practices to evaluate and adopt Anagram's insurance billing platform. Collaborating with sales, product, and customer success to ensure effective implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Account Executives to support enterprise sales opportunities that require pilot programs or deeper product validation
  • Own the end-to-end execution of enterprise pilot programs, including kickoff, timelines, success criteria, and evaluation milestones
  • Lead onboarding and training to ensure practice teams can effectively adopt the Anagram platform
  • Provide workflow guidance and operational support to help practices integrate Anagram into existing processes
  • Monitor pilot progress and keep programs aligned with deal timelines and customer decision milestones
  • Drive engagement across clinical, operational, and billing stakeholders throughout the pilot
  • Demonstrate operational and financial value to support conversion of successful pilots into long-term customers
  • Gather feedback from pilot participants and share insights with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams
  • Document pilot outcomes and develop repeatable processes to improve future enterprise pilot success
  • Play a critical role in the sales organization by helping convert enterprise pilots into closed deals, with performance incentives tied to successful pilot outcomes and revenue impact

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Implementation, or Technical Customer Success role
  • Experience supporting SaaS sales processes, pilot programs, or proof-of-concept implementations
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and multiple customer pilots simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience leading client onboarding, training, or product adoption initiatives
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into clear, practical solutions for customers
  • Comfort collaborating closely with Sales teams to support deal progression
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
