Job Description

Entry-level Translation Project Manager for The Language Doctors, Inc. handling quotes, purchase orders, and project verification in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and submit timely and accurate quotes to clients.
  • Create Purchase orders for the Vendors.
  • Coordinating with translators and establishing delivery times.
  • Organizing and verifying project files for final delivery to our clients.
  • Ensure projects are completed and delivered to clients within the timeline and with ultimate attention to quality.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Translator.
  • Experience using TRADOS.
  • Bilingual English level.
  • Proven multitasking skills and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Fast learner and the ability to pick up new skills and technologies.
  • Common sense with exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
