Job Description
ERP-Consultant for Proalpha implementing financial and controlling systems for mid-sized companies. Collaborating with clients to optimize processes and deliver training.
Responsibilities:
- You support the implementation of proALPHA directly at our customers, delivering tangible added value in finance and accounting.
- As the lead for entire project phases, you are responsible for on-time, on-budget and quality-focused delivery.
- Using your expertise, you guide customers from the initial concept through implementation on finance and controlling topics.
- You deliver practical knowledge to stakeholders through software demonstrations and workshops.
- By assessing existing processes, you develop concepts to optimize and streamline them using proALPHA.
- Based on this, you empower users through persuasive presentations, workshops and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Degree in business administration, finance/accounting or a technical degree with a focus on accounting or controlling
- Experience as an ERP consultant or in a responsible position in industry or commerce with ERP exposure
- Strong understanding of business processes and practical process knowledge for mid-sized manufacturing companies
- Consulting skills, strong communication, effective moderation and presentation abilities, high degree of autonomy and a collaborative mindset
- Fluent German and good English for communication in an international environment
