Job Description
Senior Solution Consultant at Extropy Advisors leading AI-native implementations in finance transformation consultancy. Collaborating on P2P and O2C automation with focus on measurable business value.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical and functional discussions with client stakeholders - discovery workshops, design sessions, sprint demos, escalation calls, and improvement reviews.
- Act as a trusted advisor on process optimization, configuration strategy, and platform capability.
- Own value realization on accounts: initiate improvements beyond the stated scope that move real client KPIs.
- Support project scoping, change request evaluation, and effort estimation for enhancements.
- Influence customer decision-making and manage expectations with confidence and composure.
- Represent the firm externally in workshops, executive reviews, webinars, and partner conversations.
- Help redefine how product implementation works in the AI era.
- Use AI agents and internal AI tooling as a core part of daily delivery.
- Lead end-to-end solution configuration strategy and deployment planning for P2P, O2C, and finance automation projects.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex or critical incidents across client environments.
- Mentor and coach consultants on advanced configuration, issue resolution, and client skills.
Requirements:
- 7+ years delivering P2P, AP, O2C, or AR automation solutions in a consulting or advisory delivery role.
- Track record of client leadership: running workshops, driving requirement sessions, advising senior stakeholders, and managing escalations.
- Evidence of moving measurable client outcomes.
- Experience leading end-to-end implementations or major workstreams with minimal oversight.
- Background mentoring consultants, reviewing deliverables, and contributing to project governance.
- Demonstrated success influencing customer decision-making and managing expectations.
- Expert understanding of Procure-to-Pay and/or Order-to-Cash workflows, including AP/AR automation and ERP integration.
- Advanced configuration expertise in leading platforms (e.g., Basware, Coupa, Ariba, Esker, Tradeshift, HighRadius).
- Solid grasp of data mapping, API frameworks, SFTP, and middleware integration concepts.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capability, including performance optimization and root-cause diagnostics.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in professional consulting or delivery work.
- Business fluency in French, Spanish, or German is a plus.
