Job Description
Lead and manage proALPHA ERP implementations for machinery and plant engineering clients. Drive process assessments, develop solution concepts, run user workshops and ensure timely, budget-compliant project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- As the person responsible for implementations, you guide customers through all stages of implementing our ERP software proALPHA in the machinery and plant engineering sector.
- Using your industry knowledge, you develop concepts that strengthen proALPHA’s functional positioning in the machinery and plant engineering area.
- By evaluating existing processes, you identify clear optimization opportunities and develop viable solution models.
- In collaboration with end users, you communicate content in workshops and prepare teams for productive use.
- Support the timely, budget- and quality-oriented execution of all project phases.
Requirements:
- Degree with a technical focus or a technical vocational qualification
- Initial experience in ERP consulting or relevant experience in machinery and plant engineering
- Technical understanding of machinery and plant engineering, process knowledge, and experience in the ERP environment
- Process orientation, self‑initiative, constructive thinking, enjoyment of independent work and team coordination
- Very good German and English skills for communication in an international environment.
