Job Description

ERP-Consultant for technical wholesale guiding clients through Proalpha implementations. Responsible for optimizing business processes and contributing to ERP solution development.

Responsibilities:

  • You accompany customers from the technical wholesale sector in the implementation of Proalpha directly on site at our customers and bring your industry expertise to demanding projects.
  • In doing so, you design solutions with real added value and shape the further development of our ERP solution in the wholesale environment through your input.
  • Your structured way of working ensures smooth project workflows and clear results.
  • As the person responsible for implementations, you lead technical wholesale customers through all stages of ERP deployment.
  • By analyzing existing processes, you develop concepts for optimal business processes in Proalpha.
  • In collaboration with customers, you present comprehensive concepts and facilitate workshops.
  • With clear prioritization, you support the on-time, on-budget, and quality-compliant implementation of all project phases.
  • Actively contribute your ideas and solution approaches to advance the conceptual development of Proalpha in the wholesale area.

Requirements:

  • Completed degree with a business focus or commercial vocational training
  • Extensive experience in ERP consulting or in a responsible position within technical wholesale
  • Deep process understanding for trading companies; methodological competence in conception, presentation, and facilitation
  • Process-oriented, constructive thinker with a hands-on mentality
  • Very good German and English skills for communication in an international environment
