Job Description

ERP-Consultant implementing Proalpha solutions for clients in a regional team setup. Engaging closely with customers for impactful project execution while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • In our regional teams, you shape the rollout of Proalpha for clients, working close to their processes and delivering tangible impact.
  • Close collaboration enhances quality, while you manage your projects with a high degree of personal responsibility.
  • In this role you combine functional expertise, consulting and implementation in a dynamic environment.
  • Together with your team you lead Proalpha implementations at client sites or remotely and ensure clear project governance.
  • As the lead for functional process consulting, you drive implementations in production, purchasing, sales and materials management.
  • In close coordination with customers and colleagues you develop robust concepts for smooth operations.
  • By systematically documenting existing processes you produce reliable solution approaches and optimizations.
  • You enable users through clearly structured presentations, practical workshops and effective training.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a technical or business informatics field or comparable qualification
  • Experience as an ERP consultant or in a responsible role in industry or trade with ERP relevance
  • Solid understanding of business processes and strong logistics expertise
  • Consulting skills, strong communication, convincing moderation and presentation abilities, high degree of autonomy and enjoyment of teamwork
  • Very good German and good English skills for communication in an international environment
