Job Description

Executive Assistant supporting founder at multicultural e-learning company. Manage communications, scheduling, and operational support in a fast-growing and autonomous environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct desk research to support business decisions, strategic initiatives, and market awareness for the founder and leadership team.
  • Manage and support social media administration and content calendar coordination across the company's platforms, ensuring consistent, on-brand publishing cadences.
  • Own scheduling and communications logistics: including demos, virtual events, conferences, and external partner meetings, coordinating across time zones with accuracy and follow-through.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the founder and strategic partner, managing correspondence and ensuring key relationships are maintained with professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Provide general operational support across internal workflows, digital file organization, and team communication systems to keep the business running efficiently as it scales.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve research, content drafting, scheduling, and operational tasks, contributing to a team culture of smart, technology-enabled productivity.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in an executive assistant, operations, or administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and social media platforms
  • Experience with or genuine interest in AI tools for productivity, research, content, and task automation
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1 or above) with a polished, professional tone across all channels
  • Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Familiarity with Canva for content and document formatting is a plus.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and autonomous, someone who identifies what needs to happen and makes it happen without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to navigate ambiguity, take feedback constructively, and continuously improve.
