Job Description

Executive Assistant supporting the Co-Founder of Attention Economy Club, managing priorities, communication, and operations in a remote role. Perfect for proactive individuals with executive support experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities
  • Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-up action items
  • Protect executive focus and ensure priorities stay aligned
  • Join daily leadership/morning calls
  • Act as a communication bridge across teams
  • Help monitor internal communication and client sentiment
  • Keep leadership updated on key wins, issues, and opportunities
  • Send invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Track contracts, renewals, and key business deadlines
  • Handle sensitive financial and operational information with discretion
  • Coordinate flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
  • Support event logistics, team retreats, client dinners, and conferences
  • Conduct research and gather insights
  • Help organize business ideas, priorities, and initiatives
  • Serve as a thought partner in a fast-moving founder environment

Requirements:

  • Have 2–5+ years supporting founders, executives, or operators
  • Have experience in startups, agencies, eCommerce, or fast-growth companies
  • Are highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Communicate with confidence and emotional intelligence
  • Stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly
  • Can be trusted with confidential business and financial information
  • Are fluent in English (written and verbal)
