Job Description
Executive Assistant supporting the Co-Founder of Attention Economy Club, managing priorities, communication, and operations in a remote role. Perfect for proactive individuals with executive support experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities
- Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-up action items
- Protect executive focus and ensure priorities stay aligned
- Join daily leadership/morning calls
- Act as a communication bridge across teams
- Help monitor internal communication and client sentiment
- Keep leadership updated on key wins, issues, and opportunities
- Send invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
- Track contracts, renewals, and key business deadlines
- Handle sensitive financial and operational information with discretion
- Coordinate flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
- Support event logistics, team retreats, client dinners, and conferences
- Conduct research and gather insights
- Help organize business ideas, priorities, and initiatives
- Serve as a thought partner in a fast-moving founder environment
Requirements:
- Have 2–5+ years supporting founders, executives, or operators
- Have experience in startups, agencies, eCommerce, or fast-growth companies
- Are highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Communicate with confidence and emotional intelligence
- Stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly
- Can be trusted with confidential business and financial information
- Are fluent in English (written and verbal)
