Job Description

Junior Executive Assistant providing support to co-founders at Linear Agency Group, handling daily operations and organization tasks in a remote work setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling
  • Help organize tasks, reminders, and priorities for the founders
  • Assist with inbox and email management
  • Support with administrative tasks and internal coordination
  • Help book travel, restaurants, appointments, and personal arrangements
  • Take meeting notes and organize follow-ups/action items
  • Assist with documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and company processes
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members professionally
  • Help keep everything structured, organized, and moving forward

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) — this is a must
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and easy to work with
  • Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through
  • Comfortable multitasking and handling different types of tasks
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Coordinator, or similar support role (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with tools like Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack, ClickUp, Notion, or Asana (Nice to Have)
  • Experience supporting founders, managers, or remote teams (Nice to Have)
