Job Description

People and Culture Coordinator providing executive administrative support and managing internal operations. Contributing to culture and engagement efforts across the organization with a focus on team effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive administrative support, manage internal operations, and contribute to culture and engagement efforts across the organization
  • Support the Executive Director of People and Culture through proactive calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and preparation of materials for both internal and external engagements
  • Manage day-to-day operations that enhance the effectiveness of the People and Culture team, including scheduling, task tracking, and ensuring timely follow-up on key priorities
  • Help design and execute culture-building initiatives such as retreats, team-building activities, internal celebrations, and engagement campaigns that reflect Instruction Partners’ values
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, gathering input from stakeholders, and supporting alignment across teams
  • Maintain strong internal communication by supporting meetings, sharing timely updates, and managing shared documentation to ensure clarity and connection across the organization

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with logistics planning and administrative support of executive leadership
  • Strong ability in providing proactive, high-level support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and confidential communication
  • Strong ability in managing logistics and daily operations to boost leadership effectiveness and team productivity
  • Skilled in polished internal communication and maintaining aligned, efficient workflows
  • Skilled in designing initiatives that foster connection and reflect organizational values
  • Experienced in planning retreats, team-building events, and cultural celebrations that strengthen engagement and belonging
  • Strong ability to work across teams and functions to ensure alignment and progress toward shared goals
  • Strong skills in coordinating and supporting processes from planning through execution
