Job Description
Senior Executive Assistant supporting Co-CEOs at a professional services and technology consulting firm. Handling administrative tasks, communications, and project coordination in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to both Co-CEOs, managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings across time zones, and coordinating travel.
- Manage confidential correspondence, meeting preparation, and follow-ups with discretion and accuracy.
- Support personal administration for the Co-CEOs, including household, family, and travel logistics.
- Prepare and edit professional documents, proposals, reports, and presentations in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Document design and layout skills are an added bonus but not essential.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including liaising with HR Crowd’s leadership team and global partners.
- Conduct research, compile summaries, and assist with special projects as directed.
- Maintain task lists, priorities, and progress tracking on behalf of the Co-CEOs.
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure both Co-CEOs are fully briefed and prepared for key meetings and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years experience as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, ideally in a professional services, consulting, or technology environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks.
- Confident using Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and modern collaboration tools.
- Strong document formatting, editing, and presentation skills.
- Trustworthy with confidential information and professional in all interactions.
- Self-motivated, responsive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and resilient — able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and time zones.
