Job Description

Senior Executive Assistant supporting Co-CEOs at a professional services and technology consulting firm. Handling administrative tasks, communications, and project coordination in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to both Co-CEOs, managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings across time zones, and coordinating travel.
  • Manage confidential correspondence, meeting preparation, and follow-ups with discretion and accuracy.
  • Support personal administration for the Co-CEOs, including household, family, and travel logistics.
  • Prepare and edit professional documents, proposals, reports, and presentations in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Document design and layout skills are an added bonus but not essential.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including liaising with HR Crowd’s leadership team and global partners.
  • Conduct research, compile summaries, and assist with special projects as directed.
  • Maintain task lists, priorities, and progress tracking on behalf of the Co-CEOs.
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure both Co-CEOs are fully briefed and prepared for key meetings and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years experience as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, ideally in a professional services, consulting, or technology environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Confident using Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and modern collaboration tools.
  • Strong document formatting, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Trustworthy with confidential information and professional in all interactions.
  • Self-motivated, responsive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and resilient — able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and time zones.

Benefits:

  • Flexibility in work hours and location, with a focus on managing energy rather than time.
  • Access to online learning platforms and a budget for professional development
  • A collaborative, no-silos environment, encouraging learning and growth across teams
  • A dynamic social culture with team lunches, social events, and opportunities for creative input
  • Health insurance
