Job Description

Virtual Assistant managing incoming customer interactions and appointment scheduling for Porch Group. Providing exceptional service and support for home inspection scheduling needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Fielding incoming calls, texts, and emails for the companies your team is responsible for supporting
  • Answering client questions, providing price quotes, and selling customers on why they should book a home inspection
  • Scheduling home inspection appointments by collecting and entering specific details into booking software
  • Responding to general office correspondences (email, text, voicemail)
  • Providing a great customer experience

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in Bilingual Customer Service roles
  • 2 years in Executive Assistant (or equivalent) roles
  • 2 years in Remote positions
  • Strong communication and language skills: English speaking is a must
  • Ability to accurately enter notes, data, and client information
  • Strong digital communication skills (email, chat, text, etc)
  • Must be detail-oriented, accurate, and committed to following defined processes
  • Must be able to demonstrate good judgment and decision-making abilities
