Job Description
Virtual Assistant managing incoming customer interactions and appointment scheduling for Porch Group. Providing exceptional service and support for home inspection scheduling needs.
Responsibilities:
- Fielding incoming calls, texts, and emails for the companies your team is responsible for supporting
- Answering client questions, providing price quotes, and selling customers on why they should book a home inspection
- Scheduling home inspection appointments by collecting and entering specific details into booking software
- Responding to general office correspondences (email, text, voicemail)
- Providing a great customer experience
Requirements:
- 4+ years in Bilingual Customer Service roles
- 2 years in Executive Assistant (or equivalent) roles
- 2 years in Remote positions
- Strong communication and language skills: English speaking is a must
- Ability to accurately enter notes, data, and client information
- Strong digital communication skills (email, chat, text, etc)
- Must be detail-oriented, accurate, and committed to following defined processes
- Must be able to demonstrate good judgment and decision-making abilities
