Job Description

Mortgage Account Executive selling Servion mortgage products to credit unions and community banks. Developing territories, generating loans, and managing partner relationships across five states.

Responsibilities:

  • Market and sell Servion financial products and services to credit unions and other clients
  • Prospect and develop new accounts
  • Develop new and expand existing credit union and community bank relationships and territories
  • Generate VA, FHA, conventional, and additional mortgages through prospecting
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and act as liaison and point of contact for partners
  • Resolve inquiries, information requests, and complaints related to loan products and services
  • Present Servion products and services to customers
  • Respond to client needs and follow through on written and verbal requests
  • Initiate or assist with external marketing efforts and directed marketing campaigns
  • Identify revenue opportunities and contact credit unions
  • Gather data, determine trends, and develop new sales ideas
  • Communicate market conditions and strategies to the National Sales Manager
  • Monitor and evaluate competitors’ activities and products
  • Maintain monthly expense reports, sales contacts, pipeline, and sales activity reports
  • Follow up with credit unions and community banks throughout the sales cycle
  • Perform related duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or Four-year College Degree in business or a related field preferred
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be a substitute
  • Minimum of two years of mortgage-related experience required
  • Two years of mortgage sales experience strongly preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of all Servion Business Units with a focus on Mortgage, Realty and Title
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and government regulations
  • Excellent reporting, letter preparation, group presentation and related communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with executives, managers, employees, and vendors
  • Ability to perform research to determine credit union needs and communicate results
  • Ability to conduct seminars, presentations, and meetings
  • Current knowledge of accounting, compliance, policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards
  • Ability to develop quality mortgage leads and establish client relationships
  • Willingness to stay current on company offerings and industry trends
  • No licenses or certifications required
