Executive Operations Assistant managing operational tasks and project coordination in a marketing agency. Supporting founders and improving workflows while maintaining effective communication.

- Systems, SOPs & Organization
- File & Content Operations
Requirements:
- Marketing Experience Required – Experience working with U.S.-based clients and campaigns
- Highly Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with tools, automation, and learning new systems quickly
- Proactive Operator – You don’t wait for instructions—you take ownership and solve problems
- Strong Project Management Skills – Exceptional organization and tracking ability
- Excellent English Communication – Clear, confident, and professional
- Leadership Mentality – Not afraid to speak up, push back, and take charge
- Nice-to-haves: Experience with e-commerce, affiliate marketing, or partnerships; Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Analytics
