Job Description

Executive Partner advising high-tech Chief Product Officers through Gartner research, analysts, and peer communities. Driving client retention, renewals, and growth through tailored value plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of C-level client relationships as trusted advisor and primary contact for CPOs
  • Connect clients with relevant Gartner research, analysts, and peer communities to address mission-critical priorities
  • Define and deliver tailored service solutions and customized value plans
  • Lead and participate in Gartner Executive Series webinars, peer networking sessions, and CPO community-building activities
  • Build local and virtual communities of CPOs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Research, and Client Service teams to ensure seamless delivery, engagement, and renewals
  • Facilitate client participation in research studies and panels and provide feedback to Gartner’s research organization
  • Contribute to account planning and value demonstration with Sales to drive retention and growth
  • Deliver measurable client value, support successful renewals, and contribute to new business growth

Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience in a senior product leadership role (VP/SVP/Head of Product) managing significant product portfolios and leading product teams, or engagement manager experience in management consulting supporting CPOs / Heads of Product
  • Deep expertise in Enterprise Application Software, Infrastructure Software or Security markets
  • Experience engaging with and influencing C-level executives
  • Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to leverage external research and expert networks to deliver client value
  • Experience building and facilitating executive peer communities
  • Experience delivering high-impact presentations
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • High emotional intelligence and reflective listening skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience leveraging AI to scale capacity to deliver objectives
