Job Description

Executive Partner supporting Moonlight, a global staffing agency placing elite operators with US-based founders and CEOs. Owning calendars, research, coordination, and executive priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive’s strategic calendar and inbox, triaging priorities
  • Prepare executive-ready research, reports, and presentations to support decisions
  • Coordinate cross-functional business and personal priorities
  • Manage travel, logistics, and meetings
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact for the executive
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the executive’s life and business
  • Serve as the strategic right hand to a US-based founder or CEO
  • Anticipate needs, protect the executive’s time, and own outcomes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years supporting a founder/CEO or C-suite executive
  • Ideally progressed from assistant into a chief-of-staff or Executive Partner-level role
  • End-to-end ownership of inbox, calendar, CRM, and client communications workflows
  • A repeatable framework for inbox triage, calendar management, and prioritization
  • Ability to study an executive’s writing and draft convincingly in their voice
  • Experience representing an executive on client calls, meetings, or board settings
  • Deep fluency with CRM and task management platforms such as Asana, Monday, or ClickUp, including configuration
  • Demonstrated composure under pressure and accountability for mistakes
  • Evidence of proactively building tools, identifying issues early, or proposing projects
  • Quantifiable outcomes attributable to personal contribution
