Job Description
Core Researcher specializing in desk research methodologies for identifying executive candidates. Contributing to market mapping and name generation for executive recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive desk research to identify and map market trends, competitor analysis, and potential candidates for executive positions.
- Utilize various tools and techniques to generate a pipeline of qualified candidates, including name generation, database searches, and networking.
- Assess candidate suitability for specific roles through in-depth analysis of their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to develop tailored search strategies and sourcing plans to meet client requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the recruitment database, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in executive recruiting and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a researcher in executive search or talent acquisition, preferably in a SHREK retained search environment.
- Strong proficiency in desk research methodologies, including market mapping, name generation, and competitor analysis.
- Excellent assessment skills with the ability to evaluate candidate suitability based on SHREK criteria.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
