Job Description
Chef de projet hydraulique urbaine chez Egis, spécialisé en maîtrise d’œuvre d’infrastructures hydrauliques. Pilotage d’études, travaux, appels d’offres et relations clients pour la transition écologique.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and oversee project management consultancy and design supervision assignments for the construction and renovation of urban water infrastructure
- Conduct and/or coordinate studies and oversee construction works
- Plan and organize workloads with the agency’s teams
- Anticipate the resources required to deliver assignments
- Ensure projects run smoothly in line with quality, cost, and schedule requirements
- Manage projects and ensure compliance with technical, financial, and contractual commitments
- Contribute to business development by defining the technical and financial aspects of tender responses
- Identify and propose differentiating alternatives
- Contribute to the professional development of teams, particularly design engineers
- Strengthen the Group’s technical expertise and propose improvement solutions
- Participate in technical and regulatory monitoring activities and internal working groups
- Represent the Group and maintain client relationships
- Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
- Advise clients and proactively propose solutions
Requirements:
- Higher education qualification in water engineering and civil engineering
- At least five years’ experience working for an engineering consultancy as a design supervision/project management professional
- Strong knowledge of the technical and regulatory aspects of urban water infrastructure projects
- Technical expertise
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to bring people together and work effectively as part of a team
