Job Description
Chef de projet confirmé pilotant conception, contrats, coûts, délais et qualité de projets de salles blanches chez Egis. Coordination d’équipes et prestataires en France et à l’international.
Responsibilities:
- Support the subsidiary’s management team in business development through attentive and tailored customer engagement
- Contribute to business development activities and the preparation of proposals
- Anticipate customer needs and maintain relationships built on trust
- Identify the contractual commitments made upon contract signing
- Implement the organization of personnel, internal contracts, subcontracting arrangements, and material resources
- Prepare project reports for quarterly project reviews
- Identify and address project issues and unforeseen events in real time
- Assess the performance and skills of employees and mobilized resources
- Organize lessons-learned sessions and lead quality inspections
- Oversee the overall project design and coordinate interfaces between work packages and disciplines
- Coordinate specialists and technical disciplines to meet project requirements
- Plan and organize production among internal and external contributors
- Coordinate service providers and verify the overall consistency of studies and designs
- Report project progress to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage the contract in line with expected margins
- Ensure compliance with project costs, schedules, and quality requirements
- Lead quality management in accordance with the performance management system and ensure procedures are applied
Requirements:
- Significant experience in the controlled-environment cleanroom sector within the industrial sector
- 10 years of experience in the position or field
- Rigorous, organized, creative, analytical, able to synthesize information, critical-minded, team-oriented, adaptable, attentive, responsive, curious, and an effective communicator
- Excellent command of English required
