Job Description
Field Service Engineer maintaining Intuitive products, performing installations and technical support within assigned territory. Requires travel and troubleshooting expertise for robotic-assisted surgeries.
Responsibilities:
- Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all Intuitive products in assigned territory
- Perform scheduled maintenance activities such as inspections and software updates
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all Intuitive products and associated equipment
- Coordinate and perform system and hardware delivery and installation
- Complete all administrative duties in prescribed timeframes
- Provide technical support and conduct training sessions as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to Travel ~60%
- Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent training/experience preferred
- Clean driving record
- Willing to work a flex shift, second shift, or other type of shift as required by territory assignment and management
- Demonstrate individual characteristics expected of Intuitive personnel (eg. Character, capacity, energy, experience)
