Job Description

Field Service Operations Manager at Culligan ensuring operational efficiency and profitability while leading the Field Operations team through a period of growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Promoting a Health and safety culture in the day to day function of the Culligan Operations Team.
  • Shaping and executing the Field Service Strategy across your regions ensuring alignment to wider business objectives.
  • Accountable for driving the operational and commercial performance of your regions, continuous improvement and sharing of best practice.
  • Accountable for delivering the Operational SDP plan and revenue targets.
  • Responsible for recruiting, leading, inspiring and managing your regions
  • Working to achieve development and growth in the skills and capabilities of your regions
  • Building close working relationships between the Customer and the necessary operational and support teams to ensure effective and efficient delivery of scheduled activities and management of stock/ inventory
  • Accurately updating all relevant systems with key information to enable successful resolution of scheduled activities, inventory management and tracking of all mandatory KPIs
  • Accountable for your regions governance and adherence to procedures and compliance with company policy and best practice. Including, but not limited to, any external audit requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with the end to end Field Operations processes, policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • A proven excellent track record of leading Field Service Operations
  • Strong ability to influence and construct business strategy and improvements
  • Excellent ability to handle a range of diverse and competing priorities
  • Demonstrated excellent commercial awareness
  • Ability to resolve challenging situations in a clear, empathetic, conciliatory manner
  • A proven track record of providing excellent customer service
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Full and valid driving license with a maximum of 3 points (none of which are for dangerous or careless driving)
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office tools
  • Sound knowledge of Health and Safety in operational roles
  • Strong ability to consistently achieve targets
