Job Description
Field Supervisor responsible for planning and monitoring construction jobs in elevator industry. Ensuring safety and quality standards while leading project operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare business plan for area of operations
- Plan & schedule jobs in consultation with the team
- Monitor job as per schedule and visit site
- Handle Construction completions while monitoring and interacting with clients
- Ensure 100% adherence to Safety & Quality
- Conduct field education training and perform field safety audits
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in an Engineering discipline
- 5+ years of elevator industry experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and good decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
