Job Description

Finance Manager leading AI-driven Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM transformations at a global consultancy. Blending finance expertise with D365 experience to deliver impactful outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Finance implementations, embedding AI-driven forecasting, analytics, and automation
  • Serve as a finance domain lead, guiding design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment
  • Advise clients on best practices across core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, reporting)
  • Facilitate business process reviews and translate requirements into scalable D365 solutions
  • Design solutions that consider cross-functional impacts (supply chain, manufacturing, projects)
  • Recommend and integrate ISV and intelligent automation solutions where appropriate
  • Resolve complex finance and system issues through structured analysis and solutioning
  • Lead and mentor project teams while fostering adoption of emerging AI capabilities
  • Build trusted client relationships as a finance and transformation advisor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field
  • 3–5 years of Microsoft consulting experience with 2–4 full-cycle D365 F&SCM (or AX) implementations
  • Strong finance and accounting domain expertise with hands-on configuration experience
  • Experience with Power Platform, PPAC, BPM/RSAT, and Azure DevOps
  • Working knowledge of AI applications in finance (forecasting, analytics, automation)
  • Microsoft certifications (MB-310 preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • If residing in Canada, must be a Canadian citizen to qualify for a TN visa and travel to the U.S.
