Job Description
Financial Specialist conducting financial analyses, projections, and modeling at Arco Educação. Collaborating with FP&A, Accounting, and Operations teams to align finances with business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct analyses of accounts receivable balances considering pre-established payment terms, as well as financial performance by operating model (channel) and business unit.
- Prepare and monitor financial projections (cash, accounts receivable, DSO and allowance for doubtful accounts), as well as scenarios and simulations (forecast, budget and rolling forecast).
- Work closely with FP&A, Accounting, Commercial and Operations teams to ensure alignment between financial results and business strategy.
- Automate analyses and reports to drive scalability, data reliability and reduced rework.
- Prepare executive materials for leadership forums with clear, concise communication focused on decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in financial analysis, forecasting and financial modeling.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with databases, SQL and BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, Looker or similar).
- Ability to structure complex analyses and translate data into practical recommendations.
