Job Description

Gerente Financeiro lidando com cobranças para empresa de consultoria especializada em serviços contábeis. Trabalhando em um ambiente dinâmico com uma equipe internacional.

Responsibilities:

  • Support organizations operating in Brazil and the United States
  • Meet clients' needs and expectations with quality and accuracy
  • Foster a dynamic environment of collaboration and partnership among staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of finance experience, with strong expertise in credit, collections, and billing
  • At least 7 years of proven team leadership experience
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, experience with NetSuite, and proficiency in financial management tools
  • Strong analytical profile with solid decision-making skills in dynamic environments
  • Excellent negotiation skills, clear communication, and inspiring leadership
  • Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview)
