Job Description
Autonomous Analyst supporting financial product operations at Mell.ro. Focus on banking operations and financial data analysis in a dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Mell.ro's Financial Products team
- Focus on banking operations, reconciliations, financial integrations, and data analysis
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and quality of information
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of bank integrations (CNAB, return files, payment splits, automatic and manual settlements)
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation routines (inflows, outflows, discrepancies, file validation)
- Proficiency with spreadsheets: formulas, advanced filters, pivot tables, and data cross-checking
- Familiarity with BI tools and reading dashboards
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and logical reasoning
- Good communication and ability to liaise with Product, Tech, and Finance teams
- Basic knowledge of investments, especially structures like FIDC (Receivables Investment Fund), fund-raising/capital raising, risk, and performance monitoring
- Preferred: Experience in fintechs, digital accounts, or automated financial back-office. Basic automation skills with spreadsheets, simple APIs, or webhooks. Experience with scalable financial products
