Job Description
Independent Financial Advisor offering financial product consultations and lead management. Building client relationships and providing transparent financial assessments in a professional team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Personal, competent and independent point of contact for our clients on technical questions and advisory processes.
- Initiate contact with warm leads who have expressed a clear interest in consulting.
- Conduct open and personable consultations and create added value for clients through independent advice.
- Coordinate appointments and handle the preparation and follow-up of advisory meetings.
- Assess individual insurance needs in collaboration with a qualified team, operating on an independent basis.
- Prepare financial-mathematical analyses that transparently reveal and compare insurance costs, both on a commission and fee basis.
- Systematic and sustainable development and expansion of your client relationships.
Requirements:
- Ability to explain complex financial products in a simple and understandable manner.
- Completed commercial vocational training in the insurance industry, ideally with a broker.
- Alternatively, possession of the §34d (GewO) certification/exam is highly relevant.
- Experience in the financial services sector, ideally as an advisor or consultant.
- Proven sales experience is required.
- Independent, goal-oriented work style.
- Strong sales, service and customer orientation.
Benefits:
- Leads provided — you do not need to solicit your personal network, and we are not a structured sales organization; we supply the number of interested prospects you require.
- High revenue share, for both closing commissions and servicing brokerage fees.
- A strong welcome culture and a professional, highly motivated team.
- A team with flat hierarchies and young, dynamic colleagues.
- Close support during onboarding with regular feedback meetings.
- An environment offering scope for initiative, career prospects and significant earning potential.
- Fast, digital processes that are far removed from an 1980s sales mentality.
