Job Description

Financial Specialist supporting group financial management through planning, analysis, and performance monitoring. Role emphasizes process improvement and efficiency in financial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the group's financial planning and performance monitoring.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and management statements.
  • Monitor and track financial KPIs and performance indicators.
  • Perform economic and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in structuring and improving financial processes to ensure greater efficiency and control.
  • Oversee foreign exchange-related operations, including control and analysis of international transactions.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for leadership.
  • Support audits and financial performance analyses.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
  • Knowledge of foreign exchange and international operations.
  • Experience analyzing financial KPIs and performance indicators.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data.
  • Strategic mindset, organized, and process-oriented.
  • Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements and management reports.
  • Good communication skills to interact with different areas of the company.
  • Experience in technology, e-commerce, or fast-paced environments (preferred).
  • Knowledge of financial analysis tools and BI (preferred).
  • Experience with process automation and AI (preferred).
  • Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
