Job Description
Financial Specialist supporting group financial management through planning, analysis, and performance monitoring. Role emphasizes process improvement and efficiency in financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the group's financial planning and performance monitoring.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and management statements.
- Monitor and track financial KPIs and performance indicators.
- Perform economic and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in structuring and improving financial processes to ensure greater efficiency and control.
- Oversee foreign exchange-related operations, including control and analysis of international transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for leadership.
- Support audits and financial performance analyses.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
- Knowledge of foreign exchange and international operations.
- Experience analyzing financial KPIs and performance indicators.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data.
- Strategic mindset, organized, and process-oriented.
- Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements and management reports.
- Good communication skills to interact with different areas of the company.
- Experience in technology, e-commerce, or fast-paced environments (preferred).
- Knowledge of financial analysis tools and BI (preferred).
- Experience with process automation and AI (preferred).
- Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
