Job Description

Founder's Associate overseeing business development for AI search agency supporting B2B tech firms. Involves sales, client relationships, and innovative SEO strategies in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • You’ll be working directly with Ellipsis’ founder on sales
  • Chase deals through email and LinkedIn - follow-ups, nudges, re-engagement
  • Keep the CRM accurate and flag what needs attention
  • Prep for sales calls (0-4 per week): pull research from our AI tools, draft slides, build the story
  • Weekly sync with Ops on pipeline progress
  • Attend conferences and events monthly (mainly London, occasionally abroad)

Requirements:

  • We'd like to see 2-4 years of startup, biz dev, or agency experience
  • sharp, curious, and slightly impatient with where you are now
  • Understand client gaps and assessing fit
  • Talk with confidence about how we solve specific problems

  • £36-42k salary plus pension
