Job Description
Founders Associate intern supporting FixFirst’s CEO with strategy, research, pitches, and networking. Helping a Berlin GreenTech startup make repair services simple and accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Co-Founder & CEO Sebastian
- Work on highly strategic topics and behind-the-scenes activities
- Network with clients and investors
- Pitch at events
- Develop entrepreneurial skills through a broad mix of tasks
- Test own ideas and learn from mistakes
- Take own responsibility and accountability
Requirements:
- First practical experience, e.g. startup, strategy consulting or own projects
- Business or similar studies in senior Bachelor or early Master semester
- Experience creating pitch decks
- Experience conducting research and analyzing data
- Pragmatic, curious, friendly, well organized, and outgoing
- High degree of autonomy and attention to detail preferred
- Fluency in English required
- German a plus
- French a nice to have
