Job Description
Founders Associate supporting innovIT’s CEO with AI Factory data-center infrastructure, team building, and sales. Researching target customers and preparing pitches, proposals, and meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage CEO-led projects, from AI implementation to team building
- Support sales activities for the AI Factories
- Research target customers
- Create presentations and proposals
- Prepare for and attend meetings
- Take ownership of your own areas of responsibility from day one
- Contribute to team building, AI implementation, and sales
Requirements:
- Completed degree, e.g. in industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Excellent communication skills in German
- Good command of English
- Structured, fast-paced, and self-directed working style
- Enthusiasm for AI, technology, and sales, along with an entrepreneurial spirit
- A plus: initial practical experience in a startup, consulting, tech sales, or project work
- A plus: experience with pitching and presentations
- A plus: understanding of data centers and infrastructure
