Job Description
Chief of Staff and Head of Platform building Rypples’ AI-native Growth Engine. Scaling ocean innovation companies through founder programs, operating partners, and AI workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the CEO to build and run Rypples’ Growth Engine
- Design and run AI agents for sourcing, diligence, investor relations, and finance
- Find, onboard, and equip operating partners and cross-portfolio experts
- Run the Growth Readiness and Ocean Scalers founder programs
- Design program cadence, participant selection, execution, and follow-through
- Build and continuously improve Rypples OS, the playbook for scaling ocean innovation
- Make Rypples AI-native
Requirements:
- Experience as Chief of Staff to a founder-CEO at a fast-growing startup, or experience as a founder
- AI proficiency
- Experience building agents and workflows that changed how a team works
- Ability to build fast, with a working version in days rather than a plan in weeks
- Credibility with CEOs and senior operators
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Deep care about the ocean and the planet
