Job Description
Founders Associate Intern supporting 10x Value Partners’ venture incubation and investment activities. Building AI-native operations and driving projects across portfolio companies.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the founder on launching new companies
- Drive workstreams that determine whether existing companies succeed
- Take incubation-pipeline ideas to validated concepts through research, financial modeling, customer conversations, positioning, and setup
- Own delegated portfolio projects across go-to-market, operations, finance, and hiring
- Conduct deal work including financial models, data room analysis, thesis pressure-testing, investment memos, and LP reporting
- Build and run AI agents and automations for firm operations
- Research topics and provide recommendations with supporting reasoning
Requirements:
- AI-native: use frontier models daily and know Claude Code, agentic workflows, MCP, automation platforms, and rapid prototyping well enough to show what you have built
- Strong academic record from a globally recognised university
- Previous work experience in banking, consulting, start-ups and/or investing
- Proactive work attitude and strong work ethic
- Original thinking
- Independent and fast: able to turn a vague brief into finished work without supervision
- Excellent written and spoken English
- German or another European language is an advantage
- Available full time within four to six weeks, for three to six months
