Job Description
Founding Medical Director designing clinical practices for proactive longevity medicine at Anomaly Health. Collaborating with the founder to innovate healthcare delivery systems and standards for preventive care.
Responsibilities:
- Build the clinical architecture for proactive, longevity-focused care delivery
- Design assessment frameworks, biomarker panels, and care pathways
- Establish the clinical standards that differentiate Anomaly's model from both traditional medicine and wellness noise
- Shape how we use technology, AI, and async care to deliver at scale without compromising quality
- Be the clinical voice in product, strategy, and client relationships
Requirements:
- MD or DO with active state licensure in New York; board certification in a relevant medical specialty preferred
- Have at least 5 years of post-residency clinical experience in internal, family, or functional medicine
- You think in systems, not appointments. Protocols, care pathways, population health - that's your language.
- Prior experience working in digital health, health tech and/or other experience building a business where technology is a core operational layer of the business
- Builder with a growth mindset - you've built something, designed something, or advised something outside of traditional clinical practice. You push outside of your comfort zone frequently.
