Job Description
Founding Product Designer verantwortet UX und UI für paddys agentisches Betriebssystem für Unterricht. Gestaltung komplexer AI-Workflows für Lehrkräfte und Lernende.
Responsibilities:
- Own the overall product design and take ownership of key product areas, working closely with the CPO and Product Engineering
- Lead the full Product Design process, from customer interviews through UX and UI to prototyping
- Regularly engage with teachers and learners and translate insights into design decisions
- Design complex AI workflows that are simple and intuitive to use
- Validate product decisions through research, product data, and experimentation
- Use modern AI tools to create realistic prototypes faster, ideally directly in code
- Set the design standard across the entire product
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Product Design experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment
- Strong fundamentals in Figma and customer interviews
- Experience with product development and analytics
- Exceptional UX and UI craft
- Excellent product judgment
- A portfolio showcasing products that have actually shipped
- Pragmatic approach and the ability to reduce complexity for users
- Experience with complex SaaS or AI products across complete user journeys
- Hands-on mindset, from ambiguous problems through detailed implementation
- AI-first mindset and experience with AI tools such as Cursor, v0, and Claude
- Native-level German
- Good English
