Job Description
Fractional COO Team Lead ensuring deliverable consistency and managing team performance at leading legal marketing agency. Responsible for client interactions and internal team accountability.
Responsibilities:
- This is a player/coach role and this person will be responsible for working with clients and overseeing team members.
- Hold team members accountable to systems/processes
- Serve as 1st layer of manager to team, assisting with all client matters including upgrades, escalations, etc
- Helping team members work through client work when they get stuck
- Working with Team Leads in other departments to improve alignment on clients
- Work with the Director of Fractionals to improve systems & processes by passing information gained through 1/1's
Requirements:
- Must be a current FCOO Level 2 or 3, with SMB Team for at least 6 months
- Must have proven success handling client matters - upgrades and escalations
- Must be in good standing (no current PFE and haven’t had one in past 6 months)
- Must have at least 3 upgrades personally
- Must have at least save 3 clients in client escalations
