Job Description
Fraud Security Specialist protecting CoinPoker’s blockchain-based crypto-poker platform from fraud, money laundering, cheating, and account abuse. Investigating cases, managing transaction queues, and reporting fraud trends.
Responsibilities:
- Manage transaction queues to ensure transactions meet operational requirements and comply with AML and regulatory obligations
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into multi-accounting, account sharing, account compromise, identity abuse, and coordinated abuse rings
- Review and manage documentation
- Deliver customer support to the highest standards while protecting reputational integrity
- Work closely with other departments to resolve internal and external customer needs and requests
- Liaise with departments to solve complex cases and issue resolutions
- Present regular reports and insights on fraud trends and abuse rings
- Present process and tool enhancements to improve processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fraud prevention and risk management, preferably in the iGaming industry
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data to identify patterns and trends
- Familiarity with fraud monitoring systems, risk analysis tools, and security technologies
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex findings to staff members and stakeholders
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in investigations and reports
- Ability to anticipate fraud and risk issues before they occur and take preventive actions
- High integrity, sound judgement, investigative mindset, detail-oriented, data-driven, highly organised, excellent communication skills, ability to stay calm under pressure, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
